During his talk, Steven will introduce the EAVISE research group and it’s activities in the field of computer vision and artificial intelligence. He will showcase several active research topics and go a bit deeper on his own PhD research topic, which includes industrial object detection tasks using scene and application specific constraints. He will illustrate his work with several applications that were custom made for industrial partners, showcasing the possibility of advanced computer vision techniques.
